- We are located on a crest, far away from the heat and the noise, immersed in a green, unspoiled countryside. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking scenery, with magnificent views ranging from the Monte Amiata to Montalcino, to Pienza, and to the profile of the metalliferous hills; from the Trasimeno Lake to the Subasio; and from the Umbrian-Marchigian Appenine to the Cosentino. Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Florence, and Orvieto, Tuscany’s major cultural art cities, are only within an hour’s reach.

| There are 6 comfortable apartments at your disposal which are provided with a fully furnished kitchen, and a laundry room. The weekly change of linen is included in the price, and so is the swimming pool, (which catches the sun’s rays from dawn till dusk!) You are welcome to savour the natural beauty and abundance of the 10.000 mq of green areas that are close to your apartments. What is more, you can have a stroll through our 40-hectare park, or even ride our mountain bikes. We also have a huge barbecue area with big tables, where you can make use of juniper, cypress and pine wood for a grand barbecue. |

This is why the swimming pool and the children’s playground have been purposefully located at a certain distance from the apartments.
